EGM NOTIFICATION

KYIV, UKRAINE - AVANGARDCO INVESTMENTS PUBLIC LIMITED (the "Company" or "AVANGARDCO IPL"), the leading producer of shell eggs and egg products in Ukraine and the second largest producer globally, announces today its Extraordinary General Meeting ("EGM") of Shareholders to be held at Anexartisias & Kyriakou Matsi, 3, 3040 Limassol, Cyprus, at 12:00 pm, local time, on Wednesday, December 28, 2011. The EGM will consider the approval of a share buyback program of the Company's shares in the form Global Depositary Receipts ("GDRs") in the open market.
