Directors Shareholding
Avingtrans plc, which designs, manufactures and supplies critical components, modules and associated services to the energy and medical sectors, announces that Graham Thornton, non-executive director of the Company, has today sold 20,000 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares"), at a price of 215.6p per Ordinary Share. Following the sale, Graham no longer holds an interest in the capital of the Company.
