12 October 2006 Avingtrans plc AGM Statement At the Annual General Meeting of Avingtrans plc (the "Group") held on 11October 2006 all the resolutions put to shareholders were passed, including afinal dividend of 0.5p per share payable on 10 November 2006 to shareholders onthe register of members on 15 September 2006.The Chairman made the following comments on current trading during the meeting:"The business is performing to management expectations.
