TWO ADDITIONAL AIRCRAFT

Avation PLC (LSE: AVAP), the commercial passenger aircraft leasing company, is pleased to announce that it has acquired two new ATR 72-600 aircraft from the manufacturer, Avions de Transport Regional GIE. These aircraft will be configured by the manufacturer and delivered on lease to Braathens Regional Airways AB. Deliveries are scheduled for mid-January 2020 and during March 2020.
