SENIOR NOTES REPURCHASE

Avation PLC (LSE: AVAP), the commercial passenger aircraft leasing company announces that it has repurchased US$1,060,000 face value of Avation Capital S.A. Senior PIK Toggle Notes due 2026 (the "Notes") issued under Avation's global medium term note programme. The Notes were acquired at a price equal to 97.25 per cent of face value and will be cancelled. Following cancellation there will be US$323,555,981 remaining Notes outstanding.
