NOTES REPURCHASE POLICY

Avation PLC (LSE: AVAP), the commercial passenger aircraft leasing company announces that it will continue to undertake repurchases of Avation Capital S.A. Senior PIK Toggle Notes due 2026 issued under its global medium term note programme (as most recently announced on 29 April 2025, 1 May 2025 and 6 May 2025). 

Avation will update the market on a quarterly basis as to a summary of repurchases completed in each quarter, save that material repurchases will be announced immediately following completion of such repurchases.
