Holding in the Company
The Company announces that it has today been informed by Avation PLC ("AVAP") that, on 15 May 2014, AVAP purchased 180,000 ordinary shares of 0.1p each in the capital of the Company at a price of 15.25p.
Following completion of the transaction AVAP holds 64,212,112 ordinary shares in the Company representing 65.6% of the Company's total voting rights.
