Avation PLC (LSE: AVAP), the commercial passenger aircraft leasing company advises that Jeff Chatfield, Executive Chairman, has acquired an interest in 30,000 ordinary shares in the Company by way of a purchase of shares in Lobster Pot Investments Pte Ltd, a placee of Avation's March 2021 Placing conducted at 110p.
Mr Chatfield's interest in the shares of the Company are as set out below:
