DIRECTOR'S DEALING
Avation PLC (AVAP: LSE), the commercial passenger aircraft leasing company announces that board member Dr Stephen Fisher has purchased US$200,000 in aggregate nominal value of Avation Capital S.A. 8.25% senior notes due 2026 issued under the Company's global medium term note programme. The notes were purchased through the market at a price of 83 per cent of nominal value.
