Capital Lease Aviation PLC (LSE: CLA), the commercial passenger aircraft leasing company, announces that it has been notified that Avation PLC now owns 98.17% of the outstanding Voting Rights in the Company.
This increase is a consequence of the change in the total Voting Rights announced on the 21th of October 2015.
