Death of Julian Fellerman

The Board of Avanti Capital plc ("Avanti" or the "Company") announces with the deepest regret the death of Julian Fellerman who passed away yesterday.

Philip Crawford, Chairman of Avanti, said:

"The Board of Avanti is deeply saddened by this terrible news and our thoughts are with Julian's family at this time. Julian who, along with Richard Kleiner, joined Avanti's Board in 2002 made a significant contribution to the Company and will be sorely missed by his colleagues."

Julian's responsibilities will be fully assumed by Richard Kleiner whose appointment as Joint Company Secretary alongside Julian was announced in September of this year.
