Avanti Capital PLC27 December 2006 Avanti Capital PLC ("the Company") Allotment of shares Between 16 March and 12 July 2004 the Company issued a total of 34,632 newOrdinary Shares of 60p each at a price of 105 pence per share pursuant to theexercise of warrants. Trading of these shares on AIM is expected to commence onthe 2nd January 2007. These shares have been included at all times in any statement by the Company ofits total issued share capital. Following the offer to warrant holders on 7 June2004 there are no outstanding warrants over shares in the Company. The total number of Ordinary Shares in issue is 8,433,932.
