Declaration of dividend

The directors of the Company have today announced that a dividend will be paid on 23 September 2016 to those shareholders on the Company's register as at the record date of 26 August 2016.

The payment of the dividend follows the completion of the disposal by the Company of its investment in Mblox Inc. ("Mblox").

The amount of the dividend will be 22 pence per ordinary share amounting in total to £1,765,665.44.
