Listing Application

Application has been made to the Financial Conduct Authority (the "FCA") and the London Stock Exchange (the "LSE") for a listing of 53,336 new ordinary shares of 32 17/19 pence each in the capital of Aviva plc ("Ordinary Shares") to the Official List maintained by the FCA and to trading on the LSE's main market for listed securities ("Admission").

Capitalised terms used in this announcement shall, unless otherwise defined, have the same meanings as set out in the circular in relation to the scheme of arrangement published by Direct Line Insurance Group plc ("DLG") on 10 February 2025 (the "Scheme Document").

The Ordinary Shares are being issued as part consideration in connection with Aviva plc's acquisition of DLG, in accordance with the terms of the Scheme, in respect of further DLG shares issued in satisfaction of certain outstanding Awards under the Direct Line Share Plans. Full details of the Acquisition are set out in the Scheme Document.

The Ordinary Shares shall rank equally with the existing issued shares of Aviva plc. It is expected that Admission will commence at 08:00 on 22 July 2025.
