In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.14, Auto Trader has been informed that Baltic Classifieds Group plc (LSE: BCG), of which Ed Williams (Chairman of Auto Trader) is an Independent Non-Executive Director, has been admitted to trading on the London Stock Exchange, effective 5 July 2021.
