Director Appointment
Autins Group plc (AIM: AUTG), a leading designer, manufacturer and supplier of acoustic and thermal insulation solutions for the automotive sector announces that Kamran Munir will join the Board of the Company as Chief Financial Officer ("CFO") with effect from 1st January 2020.Ā
Kamran is a highly experienced strategic and operational CFO, with a background of large corporate and VC roles. Kamran joins Autins from Precision Castparts Corp. ("PCC"), a NYSE-listed manufacturer of complex metal components and products, where he began in 2008 as finance director for Special Metals Limited, a specialist alloys producer, and was more recently European Finance Director for Timet, a manufacturer of titanium alloys for the aerospace industry; driving integration, culture change and improvements in profitability and value.
Prior to PCC, Kamran was European Financial Controller for SPX Corporation and CEO of Spectral Fusion Technologies, a PE/VC-backed technology company. Kamran is ACA-qualified, having trained with Arthur Andersen.

Kamran Munir, 46, is currently a director of Silver Knights Consulting Limited and has held no other directorships or partnerships within the past five years. He is not holding any shares in the capital of the Company and there is no other information to be disclosed pursuant to Schedule 2(g) of the AIM Rules for Companies.
