Board Change

Autins Group plc (AIM: AUTG), the UK and European automotive acoustic and thermal insulation specialist, announces that Truetide plc, which owns 29.09% of the Group's issued share capital, has informed the Board that it will no longer exercise its right to nominate a representative to the Board. As a result, Trevor Brown, who has served as Truetide's nominated Non-Executive Director since 19 November 2025, has stepped down from the Board with immediate effect.

On 26 September 2024, it was announced that Autins, Truetide (then known as Braveheart Investment Group plc) and Autins' nominated adviser had entered into a Relationship Agreement to ensure the Group's ability to carry on its business independently at all times. The Relationship Agreement, which will continue, gives Truetide the option, though not the obligation, to appoint a representative to sit on the Autins Board as a Non-Executive Director.

Trevor Brown, CEO of Truetide plc, said: "We have had a representative on the Autins Board since we first invested in the Group, when our holding stood at 26.95%. We have since increased our holding to the current 29.09%. We are very pleased with the progress the Group has made since we first invested and our confidence in both the ability and the achievements of the current management is such that we no longer believe that direct Board representation is necessary. We remain a committed long-term shareholder and are fully supportive of the Group and its strategy going forward."
