Result of Share Buyback
Further to its announcement released on 31 March 2015, Aurora Russia Limited (the "Company") announces that on 10 April 2015 it used its existing authority to buy back for cancellation, at a price of 10p each, 6,687,203 ordinary shares of 1p each in the capital of the Company (the "Shares"), representing 14.99% of the issued Shares (the "Buyback").
Following the Buyback and cancellation of such Shares, the total number of Shares in issue is 37,923,928.
The Company today received notifications of the following share dealings on 10 April 2015 by Directors in connection with the Buyback:
- Gilbert Chalk sold 2,972 Shares (remaining holding: 16,855 Shares)
- Tim Slesinger sold 850,669 Shares (remaining holding: 4,824,244 Shares)
each at a price of 10p and representing 14.99% of each Director's holding of Shares prior to the Buyback.
