Aurrigo International plc (AIM: AURR, the "Company" or "Aurrigo"), a leading international provider of technology solutions, announces that Ian Grubb, Chief Financial Officer, has purchased a total of 2,000 ordinary shares of 0.2 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 81.5 pence per share.
Following this transaction, Mr Grubb is beneficially interested in 2,000 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.005 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.
