Directorship update
Aura advises that, further to the announcement of 9 January 2020 which notified shareholders of the election of Mr JL Bennett as a non-executive director of the Company, due diligence has now been completed and the regulatory disclosures as per Schedule 2(g) of the AIM Rules for Companies are set out below.

Mr JL Bennett holds 76,600,000 ordinary shares in the Company through Pre-Emptive Trading Pty Ltd of which he is a director and 50% shareholder, representing approximately 3.0 per cent. of the Company's current total issued share capital with voting rights.
There is no other information that is required to be disclosed pursuant to paragraph (g) of Schedule Two to the AIM Rules for Companies.
