Augean Plc27 February 2007 27th February 2007 Augean Plc (the 'Company') Directorate Change Appointment of Chief Executive Officer Augean Plc, one of the UK's leading hazardous waste businesses, is pleased toannounce the appointment of Peter Worlledge to the Board of the Company as ChiefExecutive Officer, with effect from 7 March 2007. Peter joins from Waco UK Limited, the designer, manufacturer and distributor ofrelocatable and permanent modular buildings, where he was Managing Director.Waco UK Limited had turnover of £50m and EBITDA of £10.4m. Peter oversaw themerger of Premier Transline and Interlink Building Systems, successfully drivingthrough the resultant change management programme. Peter grew the account basein breadth and depth, by directing the sales force to identify and convert keyaccounts including BAE Systems and AWE. Before his role as Managing Director of the merged group, Peter was ManagingDirector at Interlink Building Systems, where he restructured the client facingsection of the business by creating regionally based sales divisions. Prior to Interlink Building Systems, Peter was Director of corporate finance atDeloitte responsible for lead generation and deal execution within the Edinburghoffice. Peter is a qualified accountant, having trained at Price Waterhouse in1993.
