Permitting Update

EMED Mining notes this morning's move in the Company's share price. The Company has received a communication from the Junta de Andalucía that a delegation from the Junta de Andalucía together with the Minister of Economy, Innovation, Science and Employment will be visiting the Riotinto mine site this morning. News on the radio has indicated that the visit could be relevant to the development the project.

The Company will provide an update during the course of this morning as regards the outcome of this visit.
