Director Share Purchase
EMED Mining has been notified that on 2 July 2015, Jose Nicolas Sierra Lopez, a non-executive director of the Company, purchased 800,000 ordinary shares in EMED Mining at 4.75 pence per share.
Following this purchase, Dr. Sierra holds the following interests in EMED Mining:
