Artemis Alpha Trust plc (the 'Company') has been notified that Ms Tansy Aspinall, a connected person to Mr Kartik Kumar, fund manager of the Company, has purchased 5,000 of the Company's ordinary shares of £0.01 each (the 'Shares').
Following the transaction Ms Aspinall now holds 33,500 ordinary shares in the Company.
