DIRECTORATE CHANGE
ATTRAQT Group plc (AIM: ATQT), a leading provider of e-commerce visual merchandising, site search and recommendation technology, announces that founder Dan Wagner intends to step down from the Board and retire as Non-Executive Chairman of the Company at the Company's AGM, to be held later today in order to focus on his new technology start up.
The Board intends to appoint Nick Habgood, an existing non-executive director of the Company, to serve as Interim Non-Executive Chairman and to lead a process to select and appoint a new independent Chairman.
Dan Wagner commented:
