Auction Technology Group plc (the "Company")
Notification of Transactions by Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility ("PDMRs")
The Company announces that on 15 December 2022 the following awards over ordinary shares in the capital of the Company were granted to the following PDMRs pursuant to the Company's share incentive plans (together the "Awards").

The Awards will vest on the third anniversary of the date of grant, subject to continuing employment and the satisfaction of the following performance condition measured over three financial years ending on 30 September 2025:

Below "threshold" | 0% | Below 5% |
"Threshold" | 25% | 5% |
"Stretch" | 100% | 17% |
With straight-line vesting in between the above points.
