Auction Technology Group plc (the "Company")
Notification of Transactions by Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility ("PDMRs")
The Company announces that on 1 June 2023, PDMR Phil Michaelson exercised 100,000 nil cost options granted under the Company's Long Term Incentive Scheme in October 2021 and subsequently sold 150,000 ordinary shares of 0.01 pence on the same date.
