AT&T Declares Quarterly Dividend DENVER, June 30 -- AT&T's Board of Directors, meeting here for the company's annual meeting of shareholders on Thursday, today declared a regular dividend of $0.2375 (23.75 cents) per share, payable August 1, 2005, to AT&T common shareowners of record on July 8, 2005. The common share dividends will go to approximately 2.3 million shareowners.
