Atlantic Coal, the AIM listed anthracite coal mining company operating in Pennsylvania, USA, has been informed by Steve Best, Managing Director of the Company, that today he purchased 7,300,000 ordinary shares of 0.07p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 27 pence per Ordinary Share. Following the purchase, Mr Best has an interest in 300,851,865 Ordinary Shares, representing 23.1% of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
