Tatneft published its audited Russian Accounting Standards annual financial statements for 2011

On 27 March 2012 OAO Tatneft (the "Company") published on its web-site (http://www.tatneft.ru/wps/wcm/connect/tatneft/portal_rus/infoactsinvest/otchetnost_po_rsbu/) its audited Russian statutory annual financial statements for 2011 prepared in accordance with Russian Accounting Standards (the "Financial Statements") as well as certain related materials.
