As announced on 14 March, Arcapita Bank B.S.C. ("Arcapita") made an approach that was supported by John Shannon, the CEO of AssetCo.

The following directors of directors of AssetCo have interests in AssetCo shares, post the placing of 160m new ordinary shares which started trading on 23 March 2011, as follows:
