("AssetCo" or the "Company")

 

Oversubscribed Tender Offer

 

The AssetCo board notes that at 1p.m. on 21 December 2020 at the close of the Tender Offer, that the Tender Offer has been oversubscribed. As a result, as detailed in the Circular to AssetCo shareholders dated 2 December 2020, it is anticipated the 6,532,942 Ordinary Shares tendered will be purchased on 23 December 2020 representing 50 per cent. of the issued Ordinary Share Capital of the Company. The Company subsequently intends to cancel them. AssetCo shareholders can expect to receive the proceeds from the sale of the shares they have tendered at £4.11 per share by 11 January 2021.
