As announced on 14 March, Arcapita Bank B.S.C. ("Arcapita") made an approach that was supported by John Shannon, the CEO of AssetCo.

The following directors of directors of AssetCo have interests in AssetCo shares, post the placing of 160m new ordinary shares which started trading on 23 March 2011, as follows:
*In addition, 24,509,804 warrants are held by one warrant holder (North Atlantic Value holding, being part of JO Hambro Group) which convert into 24,509,804 Ordinary Shares of 1p each.
The 24,509,804 warrants represent 9.8% of the 250,712,740 current issued shares.
Total AssetCo ordinary shares of 1p each in issue of 250,712,740.
