The following amendment has been made to the Director Declaration announcement released yesterday 16 May 2012 at 17.27 under RNS No 5159D.

Gareth Edward Robinson White is not a Director of Castor Natural Resources Limited.

All other details remain unchanged.

Director Declaration

Further to the announcement on the appointment of Gareth White and Dr Jeff Ord as Directors of the Company, the following disclosures are made under Schedule Two of Paragraph (g) of the AIM Rules.

Gareth Edward Robinson White, aged 44, is or has been a Director of the following companies during the previous five years:

A court order in March 2012 was made to wind up AssetCo Fire & Rescue Limited, a company of which Gareth White is a Director.

Dr Jeffery Ord, aged 62, is or has been a Director of the following companies during the previous five years:

He has no other current directorships.

Past directorship held within previous five years:

Rig Systems Ltd

There is no further information required to be disclosed under paragraph (g) of Schedule 2 of the AIM Rules.
