Shareholder update meeting and presentation

Ascent Resources plc (AIM: AST), the European focused oil & gas exploration and production company, further to the previous announcement on 04 February 2019, announces that it will be holding a shareholder update meeting and presentation followed by a Q&A session today, 27 February 2019, at 6:00 p.m. (U.K. local time), at 1 America Square, 17 Crosswall, London, EC3N 2LB.  

Colin Hutchinson (Chief Executive Officer) will host the evening and he looks forward to introducing Louis Castro, Non-Executive Director and Chairman of the Audit Committee, and John Buggenhagen, Chief Operating Officer - the two new members of the board.
