Ascent Resources Plc (LON: AST) announces the following indirect and direct dealings made by Andrew Dennan, the Company's Chief Executive Officer:
On Friday, 20 December 2024 the Company was notified that C4 Energy Limited had sold 2,173,913 Ordinary shares of £0.005 each ("Shares")in the Company at a price of 2.2023p per Share, and as a result, now holds no shares in the Company. Mr Dennan holds a 25% beneficial interest in C4 Energy Limited as announced to the market on 23 April 2024 and therefore had a resulting indirect interest in 543,478 Shares through C4 prior to their sale.
Yesterday, 23 December 2024, Mr Dennan purchased a total of 550,000 Shares in the Company at a price of 1.9p per Share.
Following the acquisition Mr Dennan is now directly interested in 2,690,000 Shares in the Company, representing 0.98% percent of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.
The notification below, made in accordance with the requirements of the Market Absue regulations, provides further details.
