Further investment into Audioboom
The Company announces that it has participated in the recent placing by Audioboom Group plc ("Audioboom"), one of its five investee companies. The investment is for a further 1,840,000 ordinary shares at 2.5p equating to £46,260. These shares bring the Company's total shareholding in Audioboom to 5,340,000 ordinary shares, and thereby reduces the blended price of YOLO's investment in Audioboom.
