Total Voting Rights
Further to the announcement of 16 April 2012 Pentagon Protection plc (AIM: PPR) announces that following the subdivision of each existing ordinary share of 0.1p in the capital of the Company as set out in the Notice of AGM, the Company's new ordinary share capital will consist of 8,819,181 ordinary shares with a nominal value of 1 pence each. The ISIN for the Company's new ordinary shares is GB00B6TG6Y69.
The dispatch of new share certificates in respect of the new ordinary shares will be posted to shareholders during the week commencing 23 April 2012. The Company will consolidate the fractional entitlements to new ordinary shares and may sell such number of new ordinary shares on the market for the benefit of the Company.

Based in the United States, IGS improves the group's capability and increases exposure and reach into the North American market.
Steve Chambers joined Pentagon Protection Plc as Managing Director and was appointed to the main Board of Directors as of 15 November 2010.
