Pentagon Protection PLC18 April 2006 For release 13 April 2006 Pentagon Protection PLC ("Pentagon" or "the Group") Board Changes Pentagon Protection, the provider of commercial and architectural windowprotection products, announces that further to the Chairman's statement in thePreliminary Results for the year ended 30 September 2005 announced on 31 March2006, as part of the Group's strategy to restructure the business following adifficult 2005, Alan Nicholl has stepped down from Managing Director to be aNon-Executive Director, Geoffrey Russell, Operations Director, and Ron Bambra,Non-Executive Director have agreed to step down from the Board and David Thomas,Chairman has agreed to retire from the Board, all with immediate effect. The roles of the remaining Board members are unchanged with Graham Bannermancontinuing as Chief Executive, Stephen Harrhy as International Sales Directorand Haytham ElZayn as Non-Executive Director. The decision to downsize the Board to four from seven people is part of theGroup's stated strategy to restructure its business to improve sustainablegrowth prospects for the future. In the aforementioned Chairman's Statement David Thomas commented ""I am infavour of the need to focus the business on one division and consider that theBoard will be better served by someone with a fresh approach - I wish Graham andhis team every success in the future and currently have no need or desire tosell any of my holding in the Company."
