DIRECTOR DECLARATION
As announced on 21 April 2023, Thuy Dam has been appointed as a Non-executive Director of Ashmore Group plc with effect from 1 June 2023. Thuy has also been appointed as an independent Director of TASCO JSC, a company listed on the Hanoi Stock Exchange, with effect from 1 May 2023.
