Ashley House PLC22 February 2007 Ashley House plc 23 February 2007 Ashley House plc (the "Company") Exercise of Warrants The Company has received applications to exercise 42,500 warrants to subscribefor new Ordinary Shares (the 'New Shares') at an exercise price of 94.99p pershare. The New Shares have been issued and allotted and rank pari passu with theexisting Ordinary Shares of 1p each in the Company. Trading of the New Shares onAIM is expected to commence on 27 February 2007. The total number of Ordinary Shares in issue following this exercise of warrantswill be 27,139,969. The total number of outstanding warrants is 9,517,884 (including the Babcock &Brown warrant to subscribe for 7,880,000 Ordinary Shares).
