Ashley House PLC20 September 2007 Ashley House plc Non-Executive Director Appointment and Option Grant to staff Ashley House plc ("Ashley House" or the "Company") the Primary Care premises andservices specialist, today announces that John Coghlan (49) has been appointedas a Non-Executive Director of the Company and as Chairman of the AuditCommittee. John is currently Chairman of Inchcape Shipping Services, a Global network ofport-based shipping services. In addition he also holds Non-ExecutiveDirectorships of Yell PLC and DX Services Prior to this, John was for many yearsDeputy CEO and Group Finance Director of Exel plc, the global logistics group,where he had a leading role in the group's strategy and M & A activity, and wasresponsible for the group's property strategy covering a global portfolio undermanagement of 150 million sq. ft.. John has been granted 50,000 share options at 152p per share, the closingmid-price on 19th September 2007. There are no other matters which are required to be announced pursuant toparagraph (g) of Schedule 2 to the AIM Rules.
