Concerning the Recommended Offer for
AH Medical Properties plc
The board of Ashley House plc ("Ashley House" or "the Company"), the health and social care infrastructure specialist, is pleased to note today's statement by Assura Group Limited ("Assura") that all of the conditions to its (Assura's) recommended Offer for AH Medical Properties Plc ("AHMP") have been satisfied or waived and, accordingly, the Offer is unconditional as to acceptances.
The Company also notes that approval has consequently been given for Assura to enter into the proposed arrangements described in our announcement of 19 January 2011.
