Ascential plc
Following the admission to the Official List, and to trading on the London Stock Exchange, of 542,500 Ordinary shares of 10p each in Ascential plc (the 'Company'), the total number of ordinary shares in issue as at the close of business on 10 March 2016 will be 400,542,500 of 10p each, with each share carrying the right to one vote.
This figure of 400,542,500 represents the total voting rights in the Company and may be used by shareholders as the denominator for calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
