PURCHASE OF OWN ORDINARY SHARES
On 18 July 2023 the Company purchased 5,900 Ordinary Shares at a price of 411.0 pence per share. These shares will be held in treasury.
Following the transaction, the Company's issued ordinary share capital comprises:
87,989,311 Issued Ordinary shares (excluding treasury shares)
16,175,111 Ordinary shares held in treasury
104,164,422 Issued Ordinary shares (including treasury shares)
