Total Voting Rights

For the purposes of DTR5.6.1R of the Transparency Directive, the Company notifies the market of the following:

As at 31 August 2019, the Company's issued and fully paid share capital consists of 83,872,275 ordinary shares with a nominal value of 3.5 pence each ("Ordinary Shares"), with one voting right per share. The Company does not hold any Ordinary Shares in Treasury. The total number of voting rights in the Company is therefore 83,872,275.

The above figure of 83,872,275 should be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company, under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.

ASOS's websites attracted 200.9 million visits during June 2019 (June 20181: 169.1 million) and as at 30 June 2019 it had 20.0 million active customers2 (30 June 2018: 18.0 million), of which 6.3 million were located in the UK and 13.6 million were located in our international territories (30 June 2018: 5.8 million in the UK and 12.2 million internationally).
