Performance Share Plan
Under the ASOS Performance Share Plan 2006 (the "PSP"), the Company has been notified that the trustee of the plan has purchased 7,831 Ordinary Shares of 3.5 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") in the market at a price of 1741.114 pence per share.
Following this transaction, the trustee holds a total of 632,094 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.82% of the Company's Issued Ordinary Share capital.
