ALPHA REAL TRUST LIMITED ("ART" OR THE "COMPANY")
TRANSACTION IN OWN SHARES
ART announces that on 1 August 2019 it purchased 10,000 ordinary shares of no par value ("Ordinary Shares") at a price (before expenses) of 173.1 pence per share. The purchased shares will be held in treasury.
The total number of ordinary shares of the Company (including treasury shares) following the purchase is 61,165,783. The Company holds 6,971,081 shares in treasury. The total voting rights of the Company following the purchase is 54,194,702.
The total voting rights figure (54,194,702) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in ART under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
