Convertible Loan Note
Artilium plc (LSE/AIM: ARTA), the AIM quoted provider of innovative telecommunication software and solutions, announces that, further to the announcement on 6 July 2015, the Company has issued a convertible loan note to an existing shareholder for a cash amount of €200,000. The convertible loan note is repayable in full in January 2016 at a rate of eight per cent or convertible into new ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 6 pence per share.
