Future Internet Technologies PLC19 December 2006 19 December 2006 Future Internet Technologies plc ("FIT" or the "Company") Voting Rights and Capital In conformity with the Transparency Directive's Transitional Provision 6, FIThereby notifies the market that the Company's issued capital comprises245,249,000 ordinary shares of 1p each. All of these shares carry voting rights. The Company does not hold any shares in treasury. The above figure of 245,249,000 for shares in the Company carrying voting rightsmay be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by whichthey will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or achange to their interest in, FIT under the FSA's Disclosure and TransparencyRules. Today, the Company has applied for 120,566 ordinary shares to be admitted totrading on AIM. These shares were originally allotted and issued in 2001;however no formal application for their admission was made. The Board is notaware of any other shares in issue that have not been admitted to trading onAIM. These shares are included in the 245,249,000 ordinary shares describedabove.
